I highly recommend Warrior Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Service. Our septic alarm went off in the evening. I called Warrior Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Service and after answering a few questions, he told me it was fine to wait till morning and it would save us money. It was our choice, he would have came that evening but we decided to save the extra evening fee and they came in the morning. Their customer service is awesome. They are punctual and efficient. Definitely will call them again if we need service.
I called Warrior within minutes of sending a larger company out of my house because of getting the run around from them and was left feeling frustrated. Woody was upfront about cost, honest, and his employees who came to my house were very polite and respectful. They were able to come to my house the very next morning to clean my sewer. Figuring out my stupid 1950’s plumbing and explaining it to me was very helpful. I now understand the issue and will be able to have you out to clear the line before it totally backs up again.
