A customer reported a laundry sink backup. Using a teal cable machine, we cleared tree roots from the floor drain. After testing, the drainage improved. We recommend descaling the branch line for optimal performance.
Arrived on site for a mainline backup. Using the teal machine, we cleared a soft blockage of tampons and a wipe. The cast-iron pipe is scaly, so a de-scale is recommended. The line is now open and flowing properly.
Today customer mentioned that their sewer line was backing up and water backed up into the floor drain in the master bedroom and the ulitity room. Floor drain in the ulitity room is filled with broke pieces of rust and we found the stack cleanout in the master bedroom behind a piece of wall paneling that we had to cut to gain access. Ran the choppers down the main all the way out about 125ft and pulled back. We noticed hair on the choppers and was told daughters has long hair. Water went down and, but we couldn't push the camera passed 80ft due to the rough condition of the cast iron. We ran numerous amounts of water for about 10 minutes and nothing backed up and told the customer to give us a call if anything changes.
Arrived on site to address laundry sink and basement drainage issues. Used a tub machine to clear lint and hair, reattached the P-trap, and tested the sinks. Both sinks now drain properly.
We successfully opened the floor drain, but the sink is still draining poorly. We used a pocket jetter to clean the line and recommend installing a cleanout. We'll call Austin, but his voicemail is full. The second sink is also backing up.
Arrived on site to address a main line backup. The floor drain was clogged with sewage. I used a jetter to clear the blockage, which was located about 25 feet from the clean out. Verified the line was open and flowing.
Arrived on site to fix a broken hot water line. Cut and replaced the damaged section, installed a new quarter turn shut-off valve, and tested for leaks. The repair was successful with no issues.
I cleared the drain's blockage, removed accumulated hair, and tested the flow. Everything is now functioning smoothly, ensuring proper drainage.
We used specialized tools to clear the floor drain, finding a sink plug. We replaced a brass cap with a new plug. The drain works, but scale buildup is noticeable. Suggest descaling and a main line inspection.
Arrived on site to find inaccessible shut-off valves. I carefully removed the old ones and installed new copper pipes and valves, ensuring everything was secure and functional.
