Why Sauk Rapids Chooses Warrior
When you call Warrior, you’re not getting a national franchise that sends whoever is available. You’re getting a locally owned, family-operated team that knows Sauk Rapids — the older neighborhoods near the Mississippi, the clay-heavy soils in Benton County that stress septic systems, the freeze-thaw cycles that crack pipes every spring. That local knowledge changes how we diagnose problems and how long our fixes last.
Here’s what sets us apart:
24/7 Emergency Response — We answer every call, day or night. When a pipe bursts or a drain backs up completely, we’re on the way.
Advanced Diagnostics — We use sewer camera inspection and real-time video technology on every complex job. We don’t guess. We find the exact source of the problem before we touch anything.
Family-Owned, Locally Operated — Warrior was founded and is run by Woody and Holly Sankey right here in Sauk Rapids. We treat every job the way we’d want our own home treated — with care, honesty, and the commitment to get it right.
Upfront, Honest Pricing — You get a clear quote before any work begins. No surprise charges when the bill arrives.
Complete Resolution — Some companies clear a clog and move on. We identify why it happened and fix it properly — so you’re not calling us back next month for the same problem.

Arrived to address a backed-up bar sink. Discovered a clogged mainline with scale and wipes. Tried using a cable machine but failed. Removed a bathroom toilet and successfully cleared the line with a larger machine. Sink now drains properly.
Arrived on site to tackle root intrusions in the mainline. Utilizing a large flex shaft with chains, we successfully cleared all major roots. The full length of the flex shaft was used. The line is now open and flowing smoothly.
Arrived to address a backup caused by a running washing machine. Using a camera, I found a blockage at 72 feet. I cleared it with a 2-inch blade, revealing root intrusion. After resolving the issue, the water flowed freely.
We inspected the cast iron sewer line, pushing the camera 190 feet before rough sections halted progress. The line was scaly with sludge but still flowing. We recommended descaling with a warthog jetter.
We addressed a backed-up sink by using a camera to locate a blockage five feet in. After clearing it with our cable machine, we reassembled the P-trap and tested the sink. A final inspection revealed minor residue, which we removed, ensuring the sink drains perfectly.
Arrived for a main line backup. Found a floor clean out in the basement. Ran the camera to the septic tank, then cleared the blockage by removing the toilet and running the cable through the flange.
We removed the p-trap, ran the cable machine, cleared a grease and food blockage, and reattached the trap. The line drains properly with no leaks.
Today we where told a possible break between the drain field and the tank and further inspection we noticed the outlet screen hasn't been washed out and there something like plastic beads plugging the screen as well. We jetted through the screen pipe towards the drain field and everything is flowing properly. We also washed off the screen as well. Suggest washing the screen every 3 to 6 months.
We cleaned heavily clogged vents, removing sludge and debris. We tackled the worst blockage in one line, clearing it multiple times. We believe the lines are now open.
Our team emptied the sewage using a vac trailer, allowing us to address a leaking pipe. We carefully removed the waste and fixed the issue, ensuring everything was clean and functional.
Everything went smooth, from the planning to build. Thank you Warrior Drain and Holly Sankey for taking such good care of us
