We tackled a frozen geothermal floor heating line. Using a 3/8 jetter hose, we cleared two blockages at 25’ and 30’. Extending to 50-60’, we found rusty water, ensuring the line is now clear and flowing smoothly.
We were dispatched to a residence for a suspected frozen septic system. Upon inspection, we determined that the float switch had failed and was preventing the pump from operating properly. We temporarily bypassed the float to confirm that the pump itself was functioning correctly. The homeowner was advised that the float switch will need to be replaced in order for the system to operate effectively.
Arrived, inspected the line, found a toilet paper blockage at 25'. Used a machine to clear stubborn roots at 80'. Line now clear and flowing smoothly.
We addressed a sewer smell by inspecting the basement. The toilet's flange was too close to the wall, causing a gap. We removed the toilet, identified the flange as the source, and provided a quote for a new installation.
